February ARCs
February new releases that I've read and reviewed.
Guess what! When I wrote this last month, I had 16 ARCs to read and review. And at the time of writing this now, I have… 16 ARCs to read and review. The new releases just won’t stop and they all sound so good that I keep accepting and requesting them. Wish me luck getting to all of them on time.
Cruelty Free - 4 stars, out Feb 3 (now!). This was sent to me 2 days before its release so I was a little late to this one, but WOW it was fun!!! I love a revenge story and will eat it up every time. I really enjoyed the characters, the plot, and how it was laid out. If you can handle a little bit of gore and like a thriller, definitely check this one out.
Murder Bimbo - 4 stars, out Feb 10 (now!). This is THE unreliable narrator book. It’s for people who like going ??? and !!! and sometimes ?!?!? while reading. I don’t think this will be for everyone due to how the story is laid out, but I enjoyed it. Every time you think you know what's happening, you realize you don't. This is extremely weird and unhinged (complimentary).
Bad Asians - out Feb 17. I gave this one 2 stars. I struggled to connect with any of the characters. Justin’s storyline was the most interesting one to me. I didn’t understand the plot at all. I would have liked a lot more focus on their families and family backgrounds and how that shaped them. I feel like we get that with Errol, but not the others as much. The writing was good, but this just didn't hold my attention. It didn't cut quite deep enough for me to feel invested in it.
That’s it for Feb 2026.
As always, my posted reviews can be found here:
Happy reading!
*Thank you to the publishers for the ARCs

Good luck!
